The Learning Support Team at GO-East wanted to showcase a set of case studies showing how various educational bodies around the region had applied "best practice" in dealing with 14-19 issues. The team felt strongly that they didn't want the final publication to look like a standard policy document; it was due to be presented to an important conference, and they wanted the publication to look stylish and distinctive.

CPL won the tender to design and print the publication, which we turned into an A5 document with an external spiral binding. We organised the booklet so that a mass of graphs and statistics were spread right through the publication, rather than being grouped into a ghetto on their own, and used a sprinkling of photographs to add colour and variety.
